Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver KissSteps™ orders across the United Kingdom.

KissSteps™ currently ships only within the UK.


1. Shipping Areas

We ship to:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm if we can help.


2. Shipping Costs

For KissSteps™ Kissing Slippers, we currently offer:

  • £0 – Free tracked UK shipping on all orders

The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout – no surprise delivery fees.

(If you ever introduce paid shipping tiers, add them here.)


3. Handling & Dispatch Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

  • Order processing time: usually 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next working day.

You’ll receive an email when your order has been dispatched.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard tracked UK delivery: usually 2–5 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by Royal Mail / courier delays, strikes, severe weather, busy seasonal periods (e.g. Christmas), and factors outside our control.

  • Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.


5. Tracking Your Order

Most orders are sent with a tracked service.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a confirmation.

  • Where available, we’ll include a tracking number or link, so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@kisssteps.co.uk with your order number.


6. Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please first:

    • Check the tracking link (if provided)

    • Check with neighbours or your local delivery office

    • Check any “safe place” areas (porch, shed, etc.)

  2. If you still haven’t received it 7 working days after the latest estimated date, contact us at support@kisssteps.co.uk with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Delivery address

We will investigate with the courier and update you. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.


7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your address details at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us, we can either:

    • Resend the order to the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply), or

    • Refund the order minus our original shipping cost (even if shipping was advertised as free, we still pay a cost to send it out).

If the order cannot be returned due to incorrect details and is marked lost by the courier, we may not be able to issue a refund. We’ll always do our best to help, but please ensure your address is accurate.


8. Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

If your slippers arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kisssteps.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the information and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory UK consumer rights.
