This Shipping Policy explains how KissSteps™ processes and delivers orders placed on our store. Our goal is to provide a clear, secure, and reliable delivery experience for customers worldwide.
🚚 1. Shipping coverage
We ship worldwide. We also offer fast delivery to key regions including: USA, Canada, UK, and Europe. Shipping availability for your address is shown at checkout.
If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us — we’ll check delivery options for you.

Insured shipping with tracking

Any shipping cost (if applicable to your destination) is clearly shown at checkout before you pay.
Note: In rare cases, local customs authorities may apply taxes or fees according to local regulations. These charges are outside of KissSteps™ control and are not collected by us.
📦 3. Order processing time
Orders are prepared before being handed over to the carrier.
- Processing time: usually 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
- After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email
✈️ 4. Estimated delivery time
Delivery times vary by destination. At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery window for your location. As a general guideline, we typically provide fast delivery to: USA, Canada, UK, and Europe.
Delivery times are estimates and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasons (e.g., holidays), weather conditions, or carrier workload.
🔎 5. Shipment tracking
Most orders ship with tracking. After dispatch, you’ll receive:
- a shipping confirmation email, and
- a tracking link (when available).

⏳ 6. Delayed or lost shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check:
- your tracking status,
- local pickup points (if applicable),
- neighbors or a safe place where the parcel may have been left.
If your parcel has not arrived 7 business days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us and include:
- your full name,
- your order number,
- your delivery address.
After we verify with the carrier, we will offer either a reshipment or a refund.
🏠 7. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address:
- we may be able to reship it (additional costs may apply), or
- issue a refund minus shipping costs (if applicable).
If a shipment is lost due to incorrect address details, a refund may not be possible.
📦 8. Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
